App for Investors to check prices on eBay

Featured Replies

I have seen people in stores using an app to check how items sell on ebay.  I downloaded one for my phone called EValuator. I tried it today. I put Lego then set number in search. The set was 49.99 retail. Avg median sale price came up 12.95! I know this had to include minifigs and parts.

Question is, what App is best for this?  Or how to set this one so it only give NEW set prices, not figs etc?

thannks

Honestly your best bet is the ebay app. Do a search then under options check sold listings.

I just scroll a little and give a quick WAG on what the item in question is selling for

This is how I do it too.  I'll usually just pull it up on BP too.

I do nearly the same, I check "completed listings". To see if there are a lot of offers, and if it's a quite popular set (if I see tons of unsold items, I pass).

I downloaded the ebay app. It has a scan feature. Center bardcode and scan, it searched for you that item.
