Has anyone else noticed that Toxikita from the Ultra Agents line, or a character that looks just like her, is usually in the audience for the fights?  Thought is was kind of a weird crossover/Easter egg.

 

After typing that I decided to Bing it.  Tuns out Invizable also crosses over.

I just watched one of the more recent episodes of Ninjago to also notice Toxikita and Inivizable crossing over in this series. I know it is LEGO's universe but still had a "huh?" moment. Cool though because I dig both of them. I would like to see the shapeshifting girl with purple hair in a future set somewhere. She's real neato.

So which, if any of the new Ninjago sets look promising?  Investment wise?

Small sets with ninjas go quick from shelves. One, ninjas. Two, cheap and easy on the wallet or a kid's allowance. And three, ....what the heck, ninjas! Anyway it was a little blip I wouldn't worry about. There may have been a strange flipping opportunity but that's probably gone now or will be soon. I believe justapilgrim stated the main reason with them being bought as little Easter gifts.

I skewed the numbers, flipped some early internationally for $15+ shipping. Pretty much available everywhere now

Here are official images for the summer wave of Ninjago sets you can see over at The Brick Fan. There is a bunch of them for real.

Here is a new set to add on the list of the summer wave for Ninjago we had not seen before. A store exclusive perhaps leaving just the question of "to whom shall sell?".

Here is a Brickset on 70739 Airjitzu Kai giving us a first glimpse at the new Airjitzu sets replacing the former spinners (and Speedorz to a degree).

 

 

Those dragons look stunning. I am not into Ninjago, but this might just make me get them despite of that.

Meh, Do not like... Then again I don't care for Ninjago.

Anyone thinking of creating a Smaug vs Morro Dragon display ? Just me ?

ETA: I like how the weapons are buildable a la Chima, but not as over the top

This is going to be 1 expensive fall season 

 

 

Lego put the A team on design for this wave of Ninjago sets.  These will be hot, and I bet there will be good holiday QFLL potential on a few of these sets.
