I actually bought the same card but didn't realize the description said in store only. Hopefully it is just Staples' website acting up today.

That is a good idea.  I personally do not need (or have the space to store) $150 worth of boxes

Which ones were you getting and what was the final price per mailer? I thought ebay and amazon prices were hard to beat, with 10-20 cents per #000, #0, #4 mailers...

I ordered just 3 different sizes - it's just you can't really buy just 1 or 2, they are 10 or 25 bundles. They actually pretty compact in the way how they wrapped them. My empty boxes from my own orders take up way more space....

Me too. Desperately. All I have left are old Lego boxes. And thos are really only good for cutting up into pieces to help support real boxes or to get a fire started.

I just missed the previous ones and when I saw this thread was bumped today I got so excited.

Using spare boxes for supporting larger sets packed in shipping boxes is a smart move. I create an internal skeleton to support the corners and all sides because we all know boxes are thrown around during transit :(
