January 15, 20214 yr Bought 2 additional Apple Lightning chargers and cables for $16 on EBay the other day. Now when I go back into my purchase history, the seller has reused the listing to sell refurbished 13" MacBooks, and the description and picture show these computers?*evil grin*Shall I file a SNAD when my cables arrive?
August 18, 20223 yr Where does ebay get their buyer's anticipated delivery date from? I have my listings set at 2 days handling (I usually get it out same or next day 99% of the time) and USPS ground (2-9 business days). Ebay gave my buyer a date of Aug. 25 for an item purchased at 11pm Aug. 17. This traveling across country too. Shouldn't the anticipated date be 2 + 9 = 11, not 8 days? This frequently gives me no handling time and sometimes forces me to use priority mail instead of ground.

I've had little first class packages shipped at the same time go to the west coast and get delivered two days before a similar one reached it's destination in the next state.
November 11, 20241 yr Has anyone else noticed that Lego sets for sale are not being correctly sorted when clicking the Lowest price + shipping button? When sorting high to low or low to high, the listings were all over the place with prices in no particular discernible order. This is a major problem caused by some changes eBay is making.
November 11, 20241 yr Ebay search and sort is BROKEN I have called customer service and I think promoted items is part of the problem but not the whole answer.
December 20, 2024Dec 20 Does anyone know if you can score rakutun points when ordering postage through ebay? If that actually works? The Rakutun window always pops up when I go to pay for postage through ebay.

February 9Feb 9 Is there an eBay report that lists all of my items for the year and subtracts all costs associated with that item? I'd like to know the item title and the sold price-shipping-fees. Does that exist all on one page?

The default is set to the last 30 days but there are many options you can choose from and can do a custom range of your choosing. Then scroll down to listing insights and it will have your items and starts with highest sales one. There is a search bar there and you can type in individual set numbers if you want to. All sorts of info on that page in the other breakdowns as well.

I was getting ready to do my taxes and had a flashback to how I cobbled this together at the last minute last year and thought there has to be an easier way. Worked like a charm!
