I agree. I only have 4, but I promised my kids that we would build one this year to put on display for Halloween!

I picked one up in a used lot a few months ago, it's a great build. Make sure to crack open a cold beverage first. Makes cutting those seals a whole lot easier.

It is a great build. Besides, even a used one will fetch a pretty penny down the road so don't sweat it too much

It will take more than one cold beverage for me (probably 100 oz or so), but it will happen!!!  

we had a ton of fun building it last year, my boys still want to play with it even though it is (according to my wife) a "decoration" HA!

Read the reviews about Haunted House, everyone that built it is impressed by it. It's a must for a lego investor to crack open a box from time to time. And this box is really worth opening. I bought 5 for selling, 1 for building and haven't regretted a single second opening it.
