I saw someone comment about not being able to approve the target shipping delays, is this always the case?  Have 3 from 2 nights ago that I got the shipping delay e-mail about and they are still in "order created" status and no place to approve.

Has any body else noticed the free set for November on LEGO Shop at Home the skating one isn't on there?

The skating scene is not available all month but only during 3-4 days at the end of November / start of December.

Why not with 2xVIP yesterday?

Because I wanted the other free gift. Bought a few thing when double points was on and got fee free gifts. So when free gifts comes online I'll get my t1, Eco suit and Arkham asylum obviously in 2 hits so get two free gifts ????

I've had the most success waiting until my first order has moved to shipped and then ordering again. I've never not gotten a free promo set that way. In another thread, by placing a single order every day of 2xVIP, he got 30 promos for Oct. (they ran out yesterday).
