I may think again and try to use green glass from a bottle to diffuse a white LED for a TommyKnockers effect, we'll see.

I've actually pulled all mine from Amazon and didnt re-list at EBay. I sold 6 in five days but I am not selling anymore for at least a couple years. I have built one and that changed my thinking on its potential for $700-$1000. Money now is great but lots more in a few years is worth a hold now.

That does sound great. I'd like to see a pic of that if you do it.

I feel you - the temptation to make some quick cash and re-invest is strong, but even waiting another 6-12 months would probably result in a much better return. I just wish I had more of them.

Never even occurred to me to call customer service. I had 2 in my cart and kept trying to check out for 5 minutes or more. Gah.

This CS guy is terrible and cannot figure out how to properly place an order over the phone after 10mins. This one is cursed for me, as I somehow always seem to miss out.

Ok so no offense but here is the proof that triple posts issues are NOT ALWAYS a problem with the forum (your last post is different).

Lego stores had a few in over the last week or so. If you're near to a store, give them a bell. They won't send them though, but may put one to the side for you.
