I doubt it will dip anywhere near MSRP, so probably not many returns...but still, one can hope...

Anyone thinking this set will only appreciate around Halloween is mistaken, this set is great all year long!

Indeed. I agree, but I still hope that there are buyers out there who were hoping to flip for Halloween, weren't able to sell and then have buyers remorse.

You should be able to easily flip this set for $75-100 after fees right now.  Why would anyone return them to Amazon?  All of mine came in excellent condition from Amazon by the way.  They were also packed well.

There was no auction. It was a buy it now for $2.00

I placed at LEGO GERMANY on 6th October an order with 2 PCs HH. Yesterday i received email that it is not possible to deliver and therefore the order will be declined.

Called Lego again because I wanted to return my exo suits :-P.. I also asked them again about the HH that I have on backorder. The friendly lady at the phone said there was a small batch coming in where also all the Lego employees themselves were excited about, because there was a frenzy going on under the staff itself to obtain also a HH.

 

So.. first divide the shipment under the staff. is there anything left? OK than we are going to fulfill some backorders LOL.

I was told exactly the same by another Lego rep earlier in the week. He was also disappointed because he waited too long to get one and got busted.
