My goal is to have everything paid off with a basement full of sets. I'm not there yet and if HH helps me get there than they have to go! But I have enough to be able to tuck a few away. Gotta pay the bills!

Why waste time with the lowballers? You can set it to auto decline offers, just set the low point.

CC was the first building of a huge successful series. Haunted house is more of a standalone. I'm sure it will do well, but not CC well.

I'd just keep the low-ballers waiting until their offer expired. With a set as hot as this, I expect it'll go for the asking price if it's realistic.

The only way to grab these from amazon are to have a script running and be in front of your computer when it triggers and click "Buy now with 1-Clicks" as fast as you can, because you know there are many others doing the same thing.  I've snagged 3 from amazon this way over the last 2 weeks but missed many opportunities as well.

I really wanna get this set and convert it to a modular style. However, it is really hard to grab one these days.

I just use 'page monitor' in chrome (Google how to use it) no custom scripts. It's mostly luck whether you get one.

If you read the description you can tell they meant to set it as auction. I would be curious to see if they honor it.

I'm sure that seller meant to start the listing as an auction and accidentally set it as a buy it now.  I have done that before!  Luckily I caught it before someone bought the item.
