Yes I agree completely, I do think the SSD is going away, will be gone before the new movie and the Slave 1 helps seal that deal even closer.  I tend to see my sarcasm goes so under the radar most people don't detect it!  I'll work on it being more obvious.

 

But someone had to bring up the SSD related to this. VBG.

 

 

 

By the way, I don't know if anyone has seen the pictures of the leaked Star Wars Episode VII Millennium Falcon being rebuilt on tmz.  A new UCS Falcon from all that speculation released in time next year for the new movie would go perfectly together.  May not happen, but just saying...

Looks great. Piece count is a lot better than I had heard. I was worried it would be in the 1500 range like they had done a couple of times which at a 200$ price point is not very good.

Excellent! They`ve actually managed to do a great job, another great set for 2014 has been revealed!

I am really stoked that it comes with a placard - sweet! I don't think the Sandcrawler did, did it?

I think this is gonna be my first Star Wars UCS set . . .

So now is it time for the Death Star, R2, or UCS X-Wing to retire since this is coming out?  I know it doesn't always work that way, but the LEGO stores only have so much shelf space.

Another first day purchase for me, thanks for the picture.  I particularly appreciate the design of the stand.

It is a $200 set.
