I know that the Lego Star Wars and Lego Friends advent calendars will be big, but what of the the city one? Saw a couple and wonder if they are a good investment.

    I saw this calender on Brickset and looking from past years, this will probably sell for around $50 if it goes OOS and you can't find it anywhere. If you buy it at retail, and sell it for $50, you would make around $10 in profit after fees and other expenses. I wouldn't buy this set for $30 as an investment, but if the price was around $20, I would buy it.
