    For your personal collection army (must be geonosians then), of course, why not... the set can still be had for a few Euros. Investment wise no. Geonosians are not that sought after (except you want to rebuild/ MOC the Episode II arena battle on Geonosis).

    I bought a few at 50% off for the genosians for my personal collection, selling the jedi figure and the rest of the set on bricklink made them practically free.  I didn't stock this one for investment though.  Don't see much potential in it.

    I bought 2 in the low teens the other month and am holding for now. My son loves clones and Episode II in particular so they may get busted out or sold to build the army of both sides. 50/50 odds right now I'd say.
