I was reviewing the link above to check the completeness of my recently purchased auction.
When comparing photos I notice an interesting discrepancy. The plastic tray that can be viewed when you open the box flap had two figures in ythe wrong locations in the tray I received when compared to several photos of New In Box sets I have found for 6286.
The two differences are: The ships figurehead was in the middle left slot where the brown vested figure should have been.
The brown vested figure was in the bottom middle spot where the figurehead is supposed to be located.
The same slot of the tray with the white torso and plain black head of the figurehead there is a pair of black legs...no figures in this set are supposed to have two black legs. The captain has one peg leg and one normal leg.
Those legs are supposed to be gray for the brown vested figure.
Packing Error? Does anyone with a NIB 6286 have similar packing errors?
