Just lost a a-z claim. Any suggestion is appreciated. Buyer message me he want to cancel/return after package shipped, I said no problem, you can return when you received the shipment. Buyer later say the item is not eligible for return, he contacted Amazon no help. I emailed Amazon selling partner they ask me to ask buyer to contact Amazon support team. Suddenly buyer claim A-Z , I appealed but lost the appeal, I delayed to directly offer a return label I thin that is the case, I was hoping Amazon can offer a label with lower shipping rate….. I have send the buyer a return shipping label already but doubt he will send the Lego set back since he got the refund already… now I lost $150 and got a hit on defection rate, any suggestions…….

What was the Az reason ?

Item can not return…..
I was using Amazon seller app, did not see the notification of az claim in the communication, when I check my email it is past 72 hours too late, so I appeal the decision…. Any way…

If you uploaded a return label via the messaging system appeal based on that . Provide the tracking number , mention that buyer was provided with a prepaid return label on such and such date and that you will refund once the item is sent back per policy . If you haven’t send the label yet , make sure you do so before the appeal.  Whether the buyer will reply should be irrelevant. Good luck 

Let's talk vanishing Buy Box. My old friend "the internet" seems to be little conflicted as to why the buy box vanishes for some items. Does anyone here know the deep dark secret? 

For example, the main listing for 75246, Death Star Cannon is usually without buy box. 

Any insight is welcome!

The exact reasons are an amazon trade secret but price is the reason 99.99999% of the time

I should have read this before I send my appeal, now no option to appeal and label sent, should I write to Jeff?

I would probably eat the cost at $150 too, but I wouldn't view the Jeff emails as something that should only be reserved for the biggest issues.  It is essentially escalated customer support.  Anytime I get caught on Seller Support's hamster wheel of stupidity, I escalate to the Jeff team with generally favorable results.  Thankfully, though, there have been fewer big issues like those stupid COVID gates on random Lego sets or CPC requests over the last year that have necessitated escalation.  And, it seems that Seller Support has gotten at least somewhat better.  I actually had a reimbursement request for a sizeable loss of inventory go through without a lengthy back and forth where Seller Support continued to ask for documents that I had either already provided or were completely irrelevant.

Sorry if this has been discussed already but what y’all think about the automatic enrollment into FBA remote fulfillment starting July 1st ? Y’all got the emails I am sure. It is my understanding that all USA offers will be automatically duplicated to Amazon platforms in Mexico and Canada. From a few years back I was under the impression that being authorized to sell Lego in the USA does not mean authorized to sell in Canada and Mexico. Am I correct there ? Then remitting the international sales tax thingy will get more complicated. I opted out until I see what will be going on with this in the next several months. Any thoughts ?

 Well it would hurt if it fell off a shelf and landed on your head, 

I normally ignore these and someone will get it fixed in the next few days, Always seems to open a can of worms if I try appeal it

The listing is back up but the restricted policy violation stands.

I once responded to a similar notice with “You know this is Lego right?” They fixed it two days later

I used to get a lot of flags for the child safety issues, Normally most where cleared up in a few days, I never tried to fix them, I would like to thank who ever has the patience to deal with seller support .
