Curious if being an individual seller means able to fly under the radar? We just have discontinued sets listed. Anyone receive a request on out of print sets or is it just current? Great advice. Diversification and adaptation are the only ways to escape becoming a dinosaur these days. Yes. I am individual and have not received any of these notices. I have several active Lego listings.

October 22, 20187 yr Did anyone/everyone else get shifted permanently to the new "Inventory Amazon Fulfills" page? I found the functionality of the old page better even though it looked dated and used Archive/Unarchive heavily. Any suggestions on something similar with the new page? Active/Inactive doesn't cut it since there is no control...

October 22, 20187 yr Yes. I am individual and have not received any of these notices. I have several active Lego listings. I’m an individual seller, received notification for 2 of my items only. Both Lego, Lego Friends to be exact. Both discontinued.

October 24, 20187 yr Now that the deadline of Oct 23rd is past for those ASIN's that required a safety document, did you guys see any action in your account ? I see a "Fix Stranded Inventory" in my "Inventory Management" page that wasn't there before. However, when I click on it "Not Found" comes up ? Unusual. In my case the ASIN's I had to provide safety document for were delisted from my inventory months ago. Is this just me or do you guys have what looks like a broken "Fix Stranded Inventory" message as well ?
October 24, 20187 yr So I finally received my "inauthentic LEGO product" that was claimed from an FBA buyer. To refresh your memory, this was for a Temple of Airjitzu I sold for $315 FBA this August. The buyer filed a claim that I sold them inauthentic LEGO and then waited a few months to return the product. Meanwhile, I was dinged by Amazon and my selling privileges were in question. I appealed to Amazon with copies of my purchase receipts for the exact TOA set from Amazon and LEGO shop at home. They denied my documentation and gave me another warning. I received a box yesterday that was supposed to have my "fake" TOA set in it, and instead I get an open and partially assembled 10252 VW Beetle. The paperwork in the box says it is my 70751 Temple of Airjitzu. Is there a way to get a real person on the phone or email from AMZ to help me resolve this? I get it, scammers are going to scam, but I want to make sure I don't loose my selling privileges heading into the holidays. Any thoughts?

You can file another case, mark it urgent, and request that they call you in the case.

Still processing here, too, and we're past the the October 23 date. My ASINs in the document request are still active (and selling). I have a pro account with over a thousand discontinued LEGO ASINs listings. Only 26 required the safety documents; I don't think it has anything to do with individual/pro - just whether you so happen to be selling an ASIN that they're checking. I did get requests for non-LEGO toy products, as well.
October 24, 20187 yr Re: Choice of shipping cartons to go to Amazon.... lots of people talk about using Home Depot boxes... any thing wrong with Lowes boxes? Also... anyone know the max limit on box size to avoid dimensional weight charges (shipping UPS to Amazon)?

I have used HD , Lowe's , U-Line, recycled big store boxes ( target, walmart, etc..) boxes. They all work just fine . box cant be larger than 25x25x25 and no heavier than 50lb

I hated going to home depot to having to get a stack of boxes up to the register and then have to cart them out to my car. I'd rather watch the fed ex guy do all the work for me and bring them to my door I didn't think dimensional weight was a thing with inbound FBA boxes. They haven't asked for dimensions for a while.

Are the U-Haul boxes heavy duty? I enter dimensions every time. Am I doing it wrong?

October 25, 20187 yr Just leave the dimensions section blank . Can you do this for FedEx and UPS through FBA? I had no idea.
