Do we have to wait till the date we changed to or is it ok to send right away? Will sending right away create issues in receiving.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks

I know this is a long shot but.. So my account was one of those that had their listings removed during last years Amazon purge. I have tried to get lego reinstated with no effect. I was hoping I would be one of the lucky ones that got randomly reinstated, however I was not. My shot in the dark was if there was anyone on here who was successfully able to reinstate their listings? If you were, can you DM me and let me know what you did? Thank you in advance.

😑 Rumors are that the employee dungeon (penalty for taking bathroom breaks over 2 minutes) was filling up too fast and resulted in repeated fire code violations. They are digging out a 2nd dungeon on the south side of the property.

Hello,

We wanted to let you know that we have temporarily closed the LIT1 fulfillment center to perform a building assessment after the structural engineering firm that designed the building notified us of design errors. We've been working with third-party experts to conduct the building assessment and determine if we need to make any modifications. Like with any inspection, it can take time and, as a result, the building will remain closed until it is complete.

Our records indicate you have inventory stored at this facility. We recognize this may have an impact on your business and are working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation. We'll let you know as soon as we're able to resume operations. You can review the current location of your inventory and confirm what's stored at LIT1 using the Inventory Ledger report.

Is it just me, or there seems to be a big increase of returns on Amazon?  I have not seen this many returns in 8 years (percentage vs orders) and November is not even over yet

yes many returns :(

Has anyone had luck getting money back from FBA items that were tampered with?

I usually just filter out the junk returns and sell them off but with margins squeezing I'd prefer to claw back what i can from Amazon.

They make you go through hoops, but yes, I've had success after showing evidence.  I haven't tried since they implemented their new bogus and arbitrary reimbursement calculations.

While on topic, I just received reimbursement notifications for two sets they damaged in warehouse - got $9 for a $20 RRP set (selling for $38/FBA) and $12 for a $25 RRP set (selling for $48/FBA).  Only 30% below my cost.  Thanks, guys!

If your buying from lego target etc, Upload proof of cost to get more money

Got an office return but I see a bunch of Technic pieces and a spider man minifig ? Before I open a case with amazon, does this overall look the office pieces?

if it's mostly the office, i wont ask amazon for a refund. If guy is scamming me, I will

Why not . Did you send it like that? Are you going to inventory the set ?

Maybe I should, but I dont mind so much if the set comes back in pieces without box. I'll just give them to my nephews and write it off.

But something about getting scammed really annoys me, and then I reach out to amazon.

I'm too lazy to inventory, was hoping someone could visually ID if they were familiar.

So I went ahead and chatted with amazon rep. $72 refund. seems like they dont analyze these claims too much. But still I will reserve this only for blatant scam returns.

Yes, I'm at 3.3% returns this year compared to 1.1% the year prior, the latest being today (60% this year were no longer needed/better price available...40% were made up damaged/defective claims). Part of that is how easy Amazon has made it to return something. Even with "better price available or no longer needed", the customer still gets a prepaid return label and then probably isn't aware that I can charge that back (as well as the outbound label, depending on the reason), so they ship it back thinking they are off the hook. Has anyone come up with good messaging for the returns settings or store policies, that informs customers that they will be charged back for S/H depending on the reason -- without steering them to change the reason to a seller fault option? Another reason is that customers are just getting dumber and lazier. They couldn't bother to do any research, so they bought from me for 10% more than some store that has a 50% rating and somehow still is active, with a ton of "item was opened/not new" feedback. Cool, enjoy buying from them for cheaper.

Not sure how anyone makes any money on the speed champion cars. Nearly every small set is stuck 30-34$ for years. 100s of sellers on each. It's crazy to me that people keep buying them for investments.

Idk, I've done well and continue to.  Make the right picks and load up on the "good" sales, not the "forever" sales.

I've done ok with SC myself.....But for me i don't touch any of these now unless i get them at 50% off or even more unless Kohls runs a nice sale with Kohls bucks and Rewards Points

I did great with that Walmart Exclusive Ford Bronco 2 pack and the Fast/Furious car but other  than the older TRU exclusives they haven't been my strongest sellers

Having an issue with a buyer on Amazon right now.  He is accusing me of selling some shady Lego (Batman Cowl) because "they have been buying Lego sets for years and have never had one sealed with tape before".  I've read of buyers causing big problems for sellers on here before so I'm being thorough in my responses.  I initially told him he could walk in an Lego store and see sets sealed with tape.  He just responded with pics of sets (without tape) he purchased while at a recent trip to New York and demanded to know where the set came from.  I sent him several pics of taped sets, told him he could call a Lego store to confirm they are sealed with tape.  The set he purchased is obviously out of production but I told him he could go on Ebay and see actual pics of box -- with tape.  Told him googling the subject will bring up plenty of info on the topic as well.

Never tell a buy to go to a specific site off Amazon , the bots might see that as a way to divert traffic off Amazon .
you made your point . You can tell them to Kindly return the item if they are not satisfied

I saw this and thought "oh my, is Amazon going to do something about those pesky returns ???".  Spoiler alert:  I needed coffee before reading anything in the morning.  This has nothing to do with returns, just another way for Amazon to fleece money from sellers.  I went to the report page and "shockingly" their recommendations for all ASINs are to buy more ads to increase sales :D

This and only this.  My time is too valuable to argue with anyone on the internet

Normally I totally agree with this.  Just heard horror stories of buyers filing claims of false/immitation products and Amazon putting holds on funds and shutting accounts down for investigations.
