Just got a return because the buyer said he was expecting a two pack. Nothing in the title or many pictures suggests any such thing. Apparently there’s a reference to two pack in the colour field, and so this weirdo thought that entitled him to some unspecified extra set. Really hoping the seals weren’t professionally lifted and then resealed.

Yeah, I have some items in FBA and my warehouse without product pages anymore.  Also have a couple hundred of another item that was bought years ago where one shipment was mislabeled during Christmas.  They want proof of purchase to reinstate.  Those receipts were from before my current accounting system where everything is scanned.  Feels like Amazon is just another government agency we have to endure to survive.  So unpredictable.  Not sure how new sellers even make it without the volume to support all this.

Probably the point. Heard a statement on John Stewart this week that Amazon fees can account for half of the price of an item lately.

They don't accept any proof dated more than 365 days. In some cases it has been down to the last 180 day period.

You may want to fill up your FBA surveys.  I told them FBA is no longer for me

Woke up this morning to find all my listings across all categories changed to "No" for featured offer eligibility.

Some f-up or the other every day.

you have to appeal all those inactive, click on stranded inventory , then click appeal and select relist, take discontinued out of title, and save, and hope they are smart enough to fix it, 

 

can you post any asins you have dogged, that have (Discontinued by manufacture) in the title,

Another thing to try,

click on inventory then select at the top "Search Suppressed and Inactive Listing"

s , When that window opens on the left pick "Detail Page Removed"

there you should all those listings, so for each one copy and paste the title minus "discontinued  manufacturer" paste title in the box on the right and click save, Maybe someone has Asin authority and it might stick

After 2 hours on chat finally got a rep as a TEST to remove the "Discontinued by manufacturer" and what do you know it came back. 

there where going to work on more of the asins on the list and keep my case open.

Hopefully some of your lisitings come back
