Never know with TRU.  They could start adding inventory or TLG could send them more.  I don't know the ins and outs of that.  All I know is what their online inventory currently stands at.  But am feeling very bull'ish on star wars.  I think Friends will be a complete flop.  City should do ok.

Hopefully by the time they run out of Chi temples kids still care about Chima.

There going quick.  Went by my local TRU and they had a good 20 in stock.  During Bricktober only had about a few out so probably last big push before they go.  Picked up another 4 using the 15% off.  Going back tomorrow to burn $175 in rewards with another 15% coupon tomorrow so will get some more.

Seems to be, you could tell TRU had stocked heavier for the next few weeks as they had a lot more of everything out.  

 

A lot will sell earlier on these too as you usually give to the kid Dec 1 so they open 1 a day.  In our case when we sell them the kid will have to open 2 a day by the time they get it!

Now we have to finish off the stores!

Interestingly, walmarts page isn't even indexed on google search results and it doesn't show up on google shopping either.  I don't know what the reason for that is.  But with amazon, target and toys r us(49 left) all OOS or almost OOS this early in season, I am expecting a repeat of last years performance.  I am definitely buying more in the next few days.

So, did the sale prices of the Star Wars Advent Calendar approach $100 last year, or closer to $75?

I sold some of the City ones for $75 last year. I was late to the game and didn't get any of the SW ones.

I didn't partake last year, but my research indicates that $75ish was the post BF benchmark with a few spikes to $100ish which did not last long.  My goal is $80 each.  Alhough with 2011 and 2012 SW being poor performers, 2013 likely came out of left field to most.  I would expect it's on many more radars this year.  So $80 may be a little too hopeful.
