Was just curious if any others are getting their orders cancelled from lego.com? I haven't received any type of 'ban' email and haven't been ordering a lot of stuff, however my recent orders have been cancelled.

When I ordered my Grand Emporium the order was cancelled. I didn't get any notification and only found out when I checked my order status online. I called LEGO Shop at Home and was told they would research the issue. I never heard back from them. A few days later they shipped my free Shredder Polybag, but the GE was still back ordered. I kept checking and it eventually shipped.

TL:DR - Call and ask, it may just be a hold that they will clear up.

How quickly are they getting cancelled? If they are getting auto cancelled within 10 mins or so and not even being reviewed by a human then sorry to say you are banned. 

Is this going to a mailing center or forwarding service???  I got a couple cancelled in june and they told me a week later that they do not ship any more to those type of addresses.........
