Alright, I give in.  Should have picked them up from Target when it is available as we have the 4 AA miles / 5% discover.  Picked up 2 from Amazon, will do 2 more in a couple of days if it is still there just so I get separate boxes.

Per customer service rep, Tumbler ends next year. They are getting one more shipment in definitely in January.

Now this would be a real shock if it becomes true. Ed, have you heard any rumours to back this up?

BTW-  Wife isn't happy.  I have UPS or Fed Ex stopping at the house daily over the past few weeks between Legos & Christmas Presents.  Neighbors are getting peculiar that something illegal is going on.

Target went oos is really not surprising because they probably didn't have much stock given it is sold out at Walmart and tru. Now how long will the Amazon stock last with limit of 2? I feel stupid if I don't place my order now.

Galeria Kaufhof seems to have them available even online.

So if you don't already have 1 or 2... place your order or visit a store... I'd guess that after November there won't be many left.

Recommend placing your order seriously.  I did call Target about a month ago and asked and they said they had about 200 sets.  I believe they must have had a restock since then and now both original and restock are out.

I think R2 will have a quicker appreciation schedule at least in a short term manner (I think both).

If you have the funds, both. If you don't have the funds you may want to quick flip the GE's (when they come in) and buy R2s (if they are still around).
