If you have the funds and don't feel like you will regret it, go for it.  It is a lot of money but seems like a good deal.  I have a hard time pulling the trigger on big purchases too.

Now it's 775.  Still do it?   I hate people.

"Gee I'm getting a lot of interest, better hike up the price."

Whats worse is when that happens when  you already agreed on a price and went to pick up and pay.

It seems like a good deal considering the fire brigade is retired and worth a pretty penny. When you average it out its not too bad. Either town hall or pet shop is probably on the way out the door in the near future.

In this case you say "Oh, I only brought enough cash for the original price we agreed upon, can you wait here while I go to the ATM?" Then you go grab a cup of coffee, check daily deals thread on BP, go to supermarket to get some groceries, watch a few movies at the theater, go on a vacation to Cancun, then come back and tell the guy it turns out you didn't have your debit card on you. Because screw people who don't stick to their price.
