i am having trouble accessing the legoshop missing pieces order form. anyone else having this problem? i emailed lego about this issue. is the legoshop the best place to order missing pieces or is there another site?

If your set comes with missing or defective parts, TLG is pretty good at giving you replacements for free.

I can vouch for that. Just had them replace a wampa horn. Super awesome customer service.

Though I will tell you that any weird theme 'unique' piece you cannot order from TLG pick a brick. You must have it replaced because it was missing/broken and TLG will ask for proof of purchase. Any common lego brick can be ordered if you got a set used/lost your proof of purchase. Bricklink.com is also a great resource.

I just used it recently and had no problems with the order going through.

Just waiting for the parts to arrive sometime next week.
