No idea where thebrickshow got that info from but I'd love to see pictures of it soon!

Bonus packing material- that's a win win!

Honestly, Target made my holiday season extremely pleasant. Whenever I got low on packaging material a refrigerator box would of air packets and paper would show up.

Went to the Lego store today and they only got one case (2 sets) in today's delivery 41R5

43S5 on the Tumbler I bought at SAH a week ago.

Is it considered bad to put tape over the broken seals?  They are definitely not staying put right now.

Yes .. That's a no no unless that is clearly stated in the description and shows well in the photos. You will still run into that one idiot that doesn't read and end up buying it . Never fails .

If your seals are peeled off.  Send it back! 
All the major retailers will give you a printable return label..

I bought mine with a gift card so I have a feeling it will be a pain in the butt to get the return sorted out.

Return it in store . They issue a new RC on the spot . 

I received mine today from Lego.com via Fedex. When I received it, the packing box was taped in a strange way, totally not the usual "Lego" way, meaning, only top and bottom, two tapes. This one was taped multiple times on the top (seemed like it was opened before) and the bottom of the box taped crossed three times in addition to the routine one tape going across. And the packing box was kind of beat up a bit. Inside was an open box with one side totally open with three seal tapes off (and the seal tapes were no longer sticky). I did not even bother checking the contents inside the box but called customer service right away requesting return of the merchandise. They processed the return and emailed me the return shipping label. I placed the open lego box inside the packing box and taped it up and dropped off Fedex within an hour of receipt of the item. It never happened in my experience from Lego.com (but it happened from Target, Toysrus, Walmart before). The bottomline is ... they are shipping another one to me.

Recieved my Tumbler from LEGO Shop at Home today with a Winter Soldier Poly. Seal code IS 41S5 as well.

Same here. Received my Tumbler from Lego LEGO Shop at Home last night, with a complementary Winter Soldier minifig Poly as well. Same seal code.

Nope, because Lego Europe packages their shipments well. I have no complaints whatsoever about any of my Lego LEGO Shop at Home purchases to date.  

I contacted Target and the offered a 10% refund.  Debating to take that or return it and buy a new one.  I don't plan on building this and I assume the 10% credit would be put back on my gift card. What do you think I should do?  Take the refund or return and order a new one?

I did the same, then I took the 10% refund. I am gonna build this one myself.

I think it looks awesome, but then I glance over at my stack of Arkham Asylums, and that gives me pause...

Fake tumblers from China are gonna make this set a loser......stay away everyone.
