Posted this video on another thread but I felt it needed its own thread. At 2:26, he mentions a UCS tumbler coming soon!!! 

No idea where thebrickshow got that info from but I'd love to see pictures of it soon!

if lego official store is the only source then watch out. i have heard of folks being banned from poland, hungary to uk now as well. not sure about other countries.

Are you sure?

I remember the hoard pouncing early on this set.  Good for them as I think it helped with mid sales stagnation.  Put this baby to rest!!  I believe, to cut thru stock, it will still take some time...possibly as long as 6 month.

As Australia doesnt have B&M stores. We buy from LEGO Shop at Home. Ive been flagged once on my old credit card about 2 years ago. They cancelled all my holiday gift sets. I rang customer service and they said i used the same CC to place too many orders and blah blah blah..

Let me check....mmmmm...nope. Just Friends sets in there. My tumblers are too big to cram in there, and I don't want to damage the boxes.

 

No idea why 10240 X-Wing gets a smallish box while the Tumbler basically gets a Town Hall / Haunted House one. Must be the tires and wheels?

Then Terry could fit all the Tumblers in his hooptie ride

Or those mini figures.  Still don't understand why they didn't throw in an exclusive Luke with that 10240.

Because some people will complain that UCS sets should not have mini fiigs.

Picked up some more of these today. 16R5 all nice and minty.

Did you ask to receive those two in the shipping boxes, or was that one tumbler the last one on the shelve and they gave you the other two from the back?

There are 2 per box so total of 5. I just got lucky with the lego boxes.

I already QFLL the Tumbler when they came out these go into the vault for LTH.

#3 seller for EU/Aus etc LEGO Shop at Home (apparently)

New tag has done wonders. Will be interesting to monitor it 

I imagine it will stay as one of the top sellers until stock is sold. I don't see this suddenly being produced again because sales pick up. It's selling because it's listed as retiring soon, no other reason.

By interesting, I mean that I am keen to see when it changes status or goes to back order.

 

I see it in spot 25 - there´s no way a 200 euro no exclusive to lego shop set is going to be moving more units than Wall E or Dr Who, which are new exclusives and at a more affordable price point. I do wonder how long it will take to move to call to check or sold out with buying limit  1 - shame we don´t have the EU stock feed anymore as these are situations it would have come in handy.

Anyone else in the EU had their Tumbler orders shipped yet? Mine seem to be stuck at In Warehouse status. Maybe the forklift has broken down.

Interesting, the sales rankings appear to be country specific, not region specific. It's currently #3 in Australia, which is telling me there's a whole lot of resellers going crazy on this thing as we resellers are the ones that notice the "retiring soon" tag.

That's very usual lately. All my orders are 2-3 days in Warehouse before being shipped, so same thing happening over here.

When the status is 'in warehouse' you will get the set, they (Lego) can't cancel of change it anymore. (according to a Lego employee on the phone a week ago).
