Still if the VW Camper and MINI Cooper is a sign of freebies then chances are the Tumbler polybag will be the choice given.

That's the way the World of LEGO Investing works.  There is always another "hot" set to purchase and make you move on from older sets.  The Tumbler is not cheap, so many people investing in SSDs, Modulars and Haunted Houses will be shifting their buying habits.  Wait till the Slave I comes out a month or so later...

Yeah i think its pretty much confirmed. The desigener video is up on the lego shop at home website. Id say that's confirmation

Yes it is confirmed (already in the Lego Shop website), but I don't think it is a UCS set. Nothing suggests it in the UCS line in the LEGO Shop at Home description.

In the video we can see the stand were minifgs are, with tumbler's caracteristics (max speed, etc.)

to be clear I was refering to Slave 1 not tumbler. I do not see Slave 1 on LEGO Shop at Home.

Slave I is not 100% confirmed, but from the information gathered, I would estimate a Nov/Dec 2014 release for the set.
