Great find! Been showing up at that price quite a bit in the last couple months. Great price to pick up at for those interested.

Thanks!  Grabbed three.  I kept missing these for $80 on amazon.ca and I didn't get quite enough for my liking from the Target sale a few weeks ago.  I couldn't resist getting some surfer rescues for $5 each.  Great for Christmas stocking stuffers for little Lego lovers.

Thanks. I fought the urge to buy a few. I think this is a great set, but I've really got no room to store any more large sets, gah!

anyone that put in orders have them ship yet? Mine still indicate submitted which is a bit slow for walmart. They are usually very fast to ship

no shipment yet... maybe this week, if it doesn't happen/cancel no biggie... I am sure the funds will be used for something else Lego related in August.

I just bought and built one at 25% off from TRU since you sharks cleaned Walmart out. Very cool set and the first lego ship I've built in like 20 years. Makes my 90s era pirate ship set seem like a tugboat by comparison. Also makes the higher TRU price more palatable.

Got an email/notice from Walmart a day or two ago...not enough stock...unless they can find more within 28days or something my order will be cancelled.  Not disappointment at all...on to the next set/deal.

They are still out there, found 3 in the Walmart in Kanata (over by the pet food & lawn chairs), but there was nothing to indicate they were still on sale.

This set available again this morning (Oct. 15).

Don't worry, you still have chance: it is highly possible that Walmart will dig out some more supplies of this set in the near future, but the thing is you must keep an eye on its Lego clearance page.
