not if you're trying to buy them, if you're selling them then i'm sure it'd be a great price to get, but it won't happen

I don't have the time to do this, but add up the retail prices of the sets and that is what I would offer for all those sets.

Brickpicker Lot Calculator says new value is $5794.82. Placing an actual value is tricky .. you'll have to take a look at individual sets and decide if there is any room for growth. Some like the SSDs GEs and TB obviously might, but others like the Shuttles and mini modulars probably don't.

 

This person wants better than current prices... won't happen.

depends on what you want for. if you are a new person trying to get a collection without buying @ various place then it might be ok.

some sets are retired so one is getting all from a single source.

 

but if one is looking for investment/appreciation and reselling then its a different mindset. i would be simply running away from that price

If they're trying to sell, they must need money, I'd offer them $3500 or so, and probably end up getting it for less than that as they got more and more desperate
