I bought 2 of the $100 Toys R Us gift cards for $85 each on Ebay last month. 

 

The tracking shows they have been delivered but I have not received either of them.

 

I contacted Toys R Us Ebay Marketplace customer service and they have no record of me ever placing the order. 

 

I have been charged for the items and have numerous emails recording the order placement, confirmation, tracking, etc.

 

I have opened a case on Ebay, but I was wondering if this has happened or is happening to anyone else.

however I don't believe it came from Toys R Us ebay

I believe your cards came from another seller that I can't remember the name right now

PayPal transaction should show the seller

Your cards were sold by giftcardmall, you should probably try contacting them instead of TRU.

Just contact giftcardmall using the contact seller button shown on your eBay order. They are pretty good at cancelling gift cards that are lost in the mail and reissuing new one for you.

I ordered from them twice and have had no issues (came quickly).  One thing to note they come in a strange "Critical Mail" envelope which I had never seen before.
