I can't wait to see the final images for the new Elves theme. I also think it has more potential, so much, that I may start collecting this new theme. This are like the sets I would have love to have as a child, only with minidolls instead of minifigures, but at the same time the minidolls don't look out of place.

I had really hoped a return to making Ferraris would be of the larger scale.  I missed out on all of those Lambos and Ferraris that were made several years ago.

Thanks for the link. From what I'm reading, it seems like there will be another train added to the city theme this summer. The 60098 Heavy-Haul Train. Not sure what to think of it right now.

Anyone have any more information regarding the Hoth Echo Base??  Is it a big set? A playset? Price? Whatnot.  I've read up enough on what's available for the other big sets, but I haven't seen much of anything on Hoth.

What it says to me is that I'm not buying any trains for holding until it sounds like there's going to be a decent gap in releases.  7938/7939 still have seemed to do well, but I think the new releases are way better in appearance. 

 

Edit:  This is only for City themed trains, any licensed ones that come out are fair game.

I'm going to wait to see what the train looks like before I make a decision about the city trains and whether to buy more of them or not. If the train is very different than the current cargo train, I may buy some if the price is right.

Here is a look by Brickset at four of this year's polybags. Now in regards to the list in the main post of the thread, I know it is not up to date with everything but I am trying to correct it with proper links, set names, and pricings which takes quite a bit of time.

Nothing at the moment still. There have been a few of these major sets LEGO has done a good job keeping under wraps until the last second and this could be one of them.

I am also eagerly awaiting the Ferris Wheel.  I am also hopeful it will have the option of adding power functions.  If this theme continues, I really want a roller coaster - preferably one that you can combine multiples of to create bigger, more elaborate roller coaster layouts.

A roller coaster would look really cool and I think if Lego ever did a set like that, they would include power functions so that it would be more realistic.

I saved this leaked list of 2015 sets on 12/28/2014.  I'd say it was almost 100% accurate. I wonder if we'll see another list like it this year?  Anyone remember where the original leak was sourced from?
