Missing Minifigs

Just got my pirate ship ambush from walmart.com and when I opened it up there were no minifigures inside whatsoever. The box was minty and sealed, and all the bags were sealed but somehow this happened. Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do?

    I had a similar situation about a year ago. I bought a Gungan Sub from Wal-Mart on clearance for $40. I opened it and noticed that the Bag that had all the minifigures was carefully opened and then resealed after the minifigures were taken. I got a full refund after all my trouble.
