Yes Helm's Deep is done, If you are waiting to get them cheaper to Investment don't wait til you missed the Boat. $106 is a good price.

They were out of stock on walmart .com but just popped back up here locally at 106.  I bought 10 free shipping to my house.  Save time and gas.

Ask for store pick up then you can reject on the spot.  However, what I've picked up so far has been fine.  I always pick up if I can, same with Asda.

I entered in Helm's Deep on Amazon and it still let me put 999 in the basket.  It might be a little while before we see this one disappear.

I think barely a year in production is too short for a large set like this. Unfortunately, that is just personal preference, and the length that this set has been Sold Out on LEGO Shop at Home is worrying me, so most signs are pointing to retirement.
