While my time as a child was around Futuron, I do feel a sense of adjacent nostalgia for the classic Space astronaut. The minimalism in twos between the colors (head & everything else) and prints (a face & torso insignia) harkens back to the bare bones optimistic creativity the LEGO product has established itself to be. The included townsperson from LEGO Minifigure: Year By Year book printed years ago is similarly simple yet is one of my favorite minifigures for that. In a deluge of intricate designs & advanced printing, the "printless ones" standout. Also, space rules.

June 30Jun 30 Not quite 'results', but figured I'd share my Ms. Frizzle and The Magic School Bus build if anyone here was interested in supporting! Just went live this week and already over 1K supporters. I think/hope this would make a fun and more affordable Ideas set. https://beta.ideas.lego.com/product-ideas/0f5fec41-ac2f-41a5-84b7-3c4b32d9d07f
