I have looked at a couple of sites but haven't found the info I am looking for. My question is specifically for set 4483, trying to figure out how many sealed bags of pieces there should be. Is there a simple site to find that info?

If anyone has a picture of the TB bags that would be spectacular, bought two open sets and the first has 29 bags, the other has 30. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out what is going on.

I can confirm the Town Hall has 30 bags.  29 numbered, one unnumbered + instruction pack.  I unfortunately had to open one damaged in shipping to a customer to verify the contents and compared to the destroyed naked one for my personal collection from Walmart.

Hmmm, I just bought a 7191 on ebay that was new but with box open.

 

There are only 18 bags, but this post refers to 20 bags.  Can anyone confirm whether they have a 7191 set that only has 18 bags??  I understand that this particular set did vary in the amount of bags over its production run.

When buying an opened or resealed set, is there an easy way to tell if all the bags are present?

As a (new) cheap ass builder I often find clearanced sets that are beat to hell or resealed by a store. Is there any resources that can be used to at least tell me how many bags are supposed to be in the box? Or is it written somewhere on the box or instructions?

Evantube HD does reviews on youtube and he always opens the boxes and shows the number of bags in the box. Only does the popular sets though.

Eurobricks usually has various members who do reviews with that info. Usually if I need that info I just use Google and that works out good.
