    I've gotten north of $130 for 8404 twice, if it and the Black Pearl are both close to complete there is decent money to be made in that lot. $200 is more than I would want to pay, but I would probably take the chance with that.

    Castle and Transport set you can sell for $100+ each.  Black Pearl for $175 ish.  You're at $375 right there conservatively and then still have another dozen sets to sell.  I'd buy at that price whether they were to keep or sell.  This is assuming they are complete.
