May 23, 201411 yr Hi everyone, Whenever I try to attach a bonus coupon (for instance, 3,000 points when you spend $10) I can apply the coupon, but the points don't show up in my account. Has anyone encountered this and fixed it? Thanks! D

May 24, 201411 yr Author Yeah, I've tried to talk to them...no one ever seems to know why it's happening, so I just have to call every time I place an order to get the bonus points. It's not awful, but I just wish I didn't have to do it.

May 24, 201411 yr That stinks! It might be worth your time to create a new account. Something similar happened to me last year. I agree with exciter, the simplest thing would be to just make a new one. As long as you didn't pay for SYWMax your really not losing much.
