May 21, 201411 yr I am not much of a "flipper" but i am being offered this set 100% complete, with box, no instruction manual, for $120 usd, Should I get it just for flipping?
May 21, 201411 yr Depends on your level of risk. I would say no. For a quick flip without box/instructions you would be lucky to make $40-$50. If you took a little time to sell you could make about $75 (Taking fees into account). My general rule with used Lego's is I buy for about 30-40% of what I can sell it for. This accounts for the high risk of bad buyers, damaged/missing pieces. You can't sell this for more than $200 realistically.
May 22, 201411 yr I just unloaded two of these and was finally able to get $200 for each, with European buyers. These are very hard to sell in theUS for decent money and there are always issues with this set. From missing pieces to peeling stickers. I'm glad I finally got rid of them I got them each for $80 or so, not too bad

May 22, 201411 yr It`s a great set, and one that is not likely to be remade anytime soon if ever. I`d grab it just for that reason along, let alone for any profit, $120 is quite cheap!
May 22, 201411 yr I bought one not too long ago for $125. Everything was there, stickers intact o. The set. It's an awesome set. I'm about to put it up for sale.
