  1. Looks like 75222 - Betrayal at Cloud City is back on sale on the Lego website.
  2. Do we expect 75244 Tantive IV to go this year?
  3. Quite possibly the best deal we'll see on the Snowspeeder at SaH. I'm pleasantly surprised actually as I was only expecting dross like the Arrowhead. - £135.99 - Free BB8 - Double VIP - 5% cashback. Will work out around £100 if we assume the BB8 has a value of £15.
  4. Same with UK SaH. With 10% cashback on at the moment I was just about to pick up Parisian Restaurant to get this but seem to have missed it
  5. Nothing special but will pick it up on sale for the minifigs.
  6. Bought this when I was collecting every Star Wars set. I don't see what the fuss is about really. No decent minifigures and the build is ordinary.
  7. Thanks for the tip off. Worth it though? Looks to be modest profit based on recent eBay sales.
  8. I'm very jealous of you guys who can shift sets easily using local ads. Living out in the Cambridgeshire sticks makes it very difficult for me.
  9. I've been struggling with mine. eBay sold prices have not got near RRP yet, some even under £30. Since this is such a big set to ship I've no idea how people can sell it at that price. Hopefully it will pick up and at least I've managed to give 3 away as Christmas presents.
  10. Yep, not really worth posting those sort of deals in here. We want to be ahead of HUKD, not behind them, especially for minor discounts.
  11. Thanks, easy money!
  12. My thinking too. Not worth quick flipping either. eBay is around £95 so after shipping and fees you're probably looking at a tenner profit.
  13. It has really dropped on eBay UK, there's one selling now for £202.50. The £3 and then £1 FVF deals haven't helped matters. I foolishly picked one up just before retirement at a £160 buy in thinking it would be an easy flip for £250+. I'm thinking of returning it to the Lego Shop to get rid of it. Not worth the hassle of shipping such a big set for minimal profit.
  14. I finally picked up Saturn V from SaH. £109.99 + the promo -£10 voucher from the catalogue. -£10 VIP I had in my account. -£5ish cashback. They removed the promo from my order as I also used the voucher. After a complaint they are sending the 60 years promo out ASAP ahead of the Saturn V which is on backorder. A shame the promo is dropping in price so quickly on eBay. I think I'll hang onto it for a year or so and see what happens.
  15. Nope, still going. What do we get for AFOL day? £10 voucher from the catalogue. I meant £10 VIP points in my bank.
  16. Tempted to hop on board this one. With the promo (probably £25 after fees), £10 voucher, £10 VIP and 7% cashback it seems a good buy in. I guess this will be around for a while though so will be hard to resist the temptation to build it!
  17. Well the first offer of the year is a maximum of £3 selling fees. Perhaps the days of £1 fees are over.
  18. Yep, I think I'll hold for a while. There will be a long queue of people ready to list these at around the the £55-60 mark for an easy £20 profit.
  19. Mine is actually in warehouse which is a surprise. After cashback and VIP points I think it's worth it.
  20. Managed to snag a Kwik e Mart but not optimistic it will ship. My last two orders (Aroc & Heavy Haul Train) both cancelled.
  21. I'm also Cambridgeshire. Online shopping is my only option really!
  22. Of course not, that's only 20% off.
  23. That was excluding shipping too. This will hit £50 quite quickly I think. It's probably there now if you sell the minifigs separately.
  24. How do Lego tend to respond to damaged boxes? One of my Yellow Subs has a small hole (maybe 5mm) in the front. Worth saying anything? Will I get some VIP points or similar as a sign of goodwill? Their sets in general are poorly packed but most of the time the sets arrive in perfect condition surprisingly.
  25. Mine too.
