Poke a small hole in it with a needle.... I don’t do lettermail through Ebay anymore. Not worth the risk of non delivery and unsuing negative feedback. Also, buyer can claim he never got it when he did and ask for another...
After a first busy Holiday selling period, this is my first January as a seller. Sales have been coming in real slowly since Xmas. When do you guys usually see them get back to rest of the year normal flow?
So anyways, since I’ve sent you payment, when are you shipping’em? I took a day off from work on the 3rd of January so I wouldn’t miss the delivery. [emoji12]
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately he escalated to Paypal two hours (during my sleep time) after messenging me is complaint on Ebay. Hence, all is lost. I will also stop shipping international surface from now on. Lesson learned here too....
Hi guys, I have a problem. I have a buyer who filed a claim for non-reception of item, for which is chose surface delivery from Canada to Australia. Delivery standards are 2-3 months but it’s only been two months. How can I reimburse the client if we aren’t even at the three months limit?? Ever have a case like this? Thanks for your insight!
Yup, I’ve taken advantage of your input on the past for sets, so thanks for it. But people who take ‘advantage’ of ToysRUs like you are a minority. Most buyers are the average parent or grand-parent who buys their kids toys, no?
I don’t think it’s the Lego that puts ToysRUs in bankrupt mode, as most of their business is in the States and they are not known to just hand them out freely down there, on the contrary. It’s probably mostly bad administration and all the rest of the jubk they sell.
