I went to the St. Louis LEGO store last night with the family and picked up a few pick-a-brick cups. While in line I noticed the assistant manager talking to a customer about the Back to the Future set. The store did not have any in stock but they were available online so the assistant manager gave him a card with a promo code for free shipping on any order from Shop at Home. I asked the cashier about the Ecto-1 and was given a card for free shipping as well. I know most people qualify for the $75 free shipping but thought this would be good for smaller orders.

Sold a Batman Dragster 7779 for $50 to a fellow BOer.

I have seen minifigures sold in Walgreen's stores. They stock some smaller sets sometimes too.

Picked up some sets from a local CL seller. I paid $275 for the lot. Especially happy to get those Tusken Raiders to add to the collection!

I went back and forth with the buyer on the price and couldn't come to a deal. I was offering $200 for all 7 sealed sets. I know that was pushing it but the deal seemed too good to be true. He texted me today seeing if I was still interested. I asked why he was selling them so cheap and he said he didn't want to deal with ebay, shipping, or PayPal. He threw in a sealed 7779 Batman dragster. We agreed on $225 for all 8 sets. I am still apprehensive but the seller seems legit. Meeting at a public place in a few days for the swap.

Thanks for the info, I was looking at them on Amazon and ebay. Just having trouble shelling out $250.l I guess. I would probably sell all the jabba's sets and keep the rest for the collection and kids.

The cantina does have a dent on the side of the box that I can see from the pictures. Other than that they look in good condition.

Found a local seller trying to move several Star Wars sets new in box. He wants $250 for all 7. Found a mountain of Seaplane at my Target priced at 90% off. I picked up 10 at 34 cents each.

Big Trouble in Little China with Jack Burton & The Pork Chop Express!

I have been seeing some decent deals lately in my area. One guy had a used Slave 1 (8097) and the previous x-wing for $70 and he was throwing in the Mandalorian battle pack. Another lady was selling a new in box AT-TE for $30 which I bought right away.

These are at my Kmart right now as well for $2.99. 2 big boxes full and have not moved since before Christmas. I will buy a few if they go on clearance.

7655 Clone Trooper Battle Pack at Wal-Mart.com I was checking the wal-mart app this morning and found this battle pack back in stock online at $13.00. I missed out on them before they sold out everywhere. It would only let me add 1 with no site to store shipping so it ended up costing $19 with tax and shipping. Obviously more than I wanted to spend but I think my daughter will like this set for building the clone army.

I found a Batcave as well in my local store in the Peoria, IL area. It was the last one and the cashier at customer service did the online price match with no problem. Another employee did mention that they do not price match other Target stores.

Had to go out of town today and stopped at a few Walmarts and 1 Meijer store. Picked up a few polybags of the Batmobile, City police. Helicopter, SW headhunter, and Gandalf. All at full price 3

Haven't these been at $9.99 at walmart.com for the past month. I bought a set a few weeks ago and did site to store for free shipping. Waiting for the Endor Battle Pack to drop as well.

I passed on this one last week during the K-mart 50% off clearance sale. They had a couple in stock for under $20.00 each I think. Really regretting leaving them on the shelf now...I should have picked them up.

Hi Everyone, I have been lurking about since the beginning of the year when I ended my "Dark Ages" and started to acclimate myself to being an Adult Fan of Lego. This site has been very informative and I find myself logging in several times a day to read the forum and blog posts. For now my main interest is the Star Wars line and I have picked up a few sets when they have been on sale. My goal is to build up a nice collection for my two little ones who are 3 and 1 at the moment. Looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone here! Brian
