eBay will take care of the customers. Have them file a dispute and eBay will reimburse both buyers and seller (you). You fulfilled your transaction once your packages are delivered and inspected by the GSC. I once sold a card for $1800, shipped it to GSC and they reship it to buyer. GSC did not put signature required, so courier left the package in the lobby. Of course, the package went missing and eBay reimbursed the buyer and with no negative consequences to me.

From my experience, one of the things they do is compare the weight of your shipment vs what was received. This allows them to determine what's missing. I have learned over the years, the bigger your shipment, the higher the chance of items not received/missing.

Doesn't this happen every summer? Big sets going to TOOS, or reduced limit just to have it come back in full force in the fall?

Hi folks, Recently Amazon.ca have de-activated numerous LEGO product pages. I inquired about it and most of them came back with: "You are listing "LEGO" licensed products with an unlicensed brand. "LEGO" products can only be listed by licensed brands." I am not a lawyer and don't understand their fancy jargons here. On my listings, I have both the brand and manufacturer as LEGO. One example that has been de-activated is the Brickheadz Minnie Mouse. In this case, what is the correct brand name? I am so confused because Amazon was selling this exact item before under the same ASIN. Now they are sold out, and it is now an issue. ?‍♂️ Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I believe we will either see the same BH to be released outside the US as standard production run; or we will see very slight variants that is slated for standard production. 5K units is too small for these main characters such large market. Makes no sense.

Please know that you may be subject to additional approvals depending on the brand name. " Can someone translate this to normal English as to what exactly do they want on the brand name? I have tried Creator Expert as Brand Name and LEGO as manufacturer and that did not do the trick. So I am not exactly sure what they are asking for as the Creator Expert line is not a licensed product. Thanks!

this is weird. I remember when this was 20% off at Walmart, no one was buying them. Now it is trending up when there is a City version in competition.

I think its more of a glitch or they pulled the items because of all the complaints of their shitty packaging

OOS in the US LEGO Shop at Home

Europe's limit is much higher isn't it? North America is limit of 5 on 99.99% of all items on LEGO Shop at Home

It seems that LEGO Shop at Home's system can now keep track of previous orders in relations to the qtn limits. Ie: If you buy 5x D.O. today, you cannot order 5 more D.O. tomorrow. Well your second order will go through, but the system will cancel your order shortly. Is this something that have been implemented lately? If so, when do they reset the limit?
