What are you using for your international shipping bands? Right now I have international setup as request quote. Also have you had any trouble shipping international bubble mailers as flat envelope if they are over .75" thick?

It intimidated me at first but once you figure it out it's pretty simple. I suggest after you start using it you keep it running all the time. I was just running it after I got orders to sync it all up but then I got to orders for the same part while I was asleep. Someone get a little mad when I told them they were gone and rightfully so.

Yeah, I get far more BO orders as well. I am not using stripe, do you guys all use it? Is it something that will bring in more orders?

I guess you could consider it accurate but it is a moving average so it is always changing and it reflects selling of 100% of the parts in the set, this isn't something that happens overnight so while it shows the potential of a set and can be used when determining if a set should be parted it doesn't reflect an expected return in the short term, in my opinion.

As I grow the inventory I found that it doesn't take much to outgrow a stackon drawer, even the 18 count. That is a good option for bulk. I have been using the 97 cent shoeboxes from walmart.

Smart buying of 60 count stackons comes out to about 26 cents a location. How low can you get the cost per location when building your way?

that's a tough one. not a bad sale so its tempting. I generally only ship to the paypal address, I think that offers additional protection. side note: you might want to look at shipping international, its not had and I would say at least 35% of my sales goes overseas.

I have slowed down as well, not sure if it is seasonal or if I just need more parts. I'm at 40k now and have another 70k to load. I have enjoyed the break it is allowing me to get my stack ons setup. I can't wait to reduce my order pulling time.

I had a couple brickstock questions I was hoping someone could help me with. 1) how do you setup print templates so that I can print a list and have it show the remarks column. 2) how do I edit remarks in brickstock and then upload to brinklink. I tried to do the update paste option but it wouldn't recognize any changes.

That's a bummer. I would guess ebay would be the quickest. What were the biggest issues for you? I have had to learn a lot in a short period of time and had some big missteps along the way.

I feel like a need a shower after a kmart visit. Though now it appears they have a service where they will bring your online order out to your car when you pickup. They would probably screw it up but i wouldnt have to go inside. I would much rather order from amazon if they get that cheap again. I think i remember that sale of course it was before i started doing this and i didnt care about it at the time.

Where are you guys finding the best price on stack ons? Kmart seems to be the cheapest i have found but the supply is limited so its a lot of small online orders and driving far for store pickups. With SYW points they have been about $15.50 each. I was hoping to find a place with more quantity, i wanted to start with 36 of them and at this rate its going to take months unless i spend twice as much on Amazon or ebay.

No they stay. You can go in and delete them or just make another list I think. You know how to short by shop to help reduce the number of places you order from and make it quicker to find that seller?

up until now i have been parting out new sets or assembling used sets and parting them out so its been easy to add inventory, pick the set, select new or used, make sure you have all the parts and add it. I have probably 50 lbs of used bricks i have been buying off craigslist. Whats the most efficient way to add them by part and color and then just look up each part number, pick the color and quantity? Seems like it is going to take a tong while

Are you guys having more success selling complete minifigures or parting them out? Is anyone having any success selling duplo? seems like a pain to ship but might be money to make there, I can by large used lots pretty cheap. Also, been using the dymo 4xl for a about a week now. that thing is awesome, I really appreciate the suggestion.

Whats the difference between the remarks and comments section? are remarks internal to me and comments for buyers?
