It's like Magneto's base from the Sentinel set except with an extra part that is springy. You press down and then the fig goes flying with the jumper base.
I'm going to be selling some incomplete sets soon where I took out the minifigs. What's the best practice in packing and shipping these to a buyer? Could I just throw the original bags into a padded mailer or a small box and be done with it?

I buy them once in a while from Urban Outfitters or some exclusives from San Diego Comic Con. I've grown weary of the blind box business model lately though.
Other than the gold C3P0, I would think that the SDCC minifigs are the most valuable. The Collector and Batman of Zur-en-Arrh of this year still go for around $200 on eBay.
