  1. Well I am glad you found it, I never would have guessed that as I get both payments in the same account. Hopefully they can join them back together for simplicity's sake.
  2. That seems very odd to me, can you check the transactions, do you see the transaction there? It will be a while for funds to deposit but the transaction should show right away, it always does for me.
  3. It's tough since there are basically no logs at all on bricklink to show you the history of your inventory. I think that is one of the best parts of BrickOwl.
  4. Nope. Selling for 10+ years, close to 1 million parts sold, and ~400k parts in my store currently and not once have I ever found a single mistake in my inventory that could not easily be verified as human error on my part. Not going to say that it can't happen, can only tell you my experience. I will say that keeping extensive records of part uploads as well as being able to use the auditing features of Brickowl has been huge to figuring out where I screwed up. I also count each lot twice before packing, that has saved my butt countless times. I also wonder how safe it is to use the part out feature on bricklink vs using BrickStore to upload parts. I haven't used the BL part out tool in a VERY long time due to weird time out issues and keeping the same page open for too long while editing remarks. Usually the complaint I see are people blaming Bricklink for listing more parts than they have vs the other way around.
  5. Yes, I always use it when I hit about 1k lots.
  6. The fees are similar on all payment methods and Venmo is owned by Paypal. I'd much rather they work on seller tools or tax exemption.
  7. More validation on the same maintenance page, it has been updated. "We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We are currently investigating some unusual activity, so it’s too early to speculate further. We will share more information once it’s available."
  8. Anytime you see this it means the seller has not offered an onsite payment method so that Bricklink can collect state taxes. Tell the seller this, you can also point them to the forum, just search "doesn't support shipping to" and you should see hundreds of posts about it. I still can't believe that haven't changed this message to actually make sense.
  9. You can click download (bottom of orders page next to mass drive through) and get a spreadsheet but it will not have items in the orders just basic details about each order, goes back to the first order, or it should.
  10. Of course, I don't think that has ever been in contention, except that one idiot on the forum that assumes that it is not possible. During Covid I bought a couple of those 500 minifig packs from Legoland and they were full of unique parts, some weren't even in the catalog. I think we can all assume that some parts on Bricklink were legally acquired and some were probably not. One thing I can say for sure is that now someone with a large quantity of illegitimately sourced Lego parts can still sell them, they just are forced to do it in lower quantity so they don't arouse suspicion. IMO Bricklink should have said nothing and done a private investigation into the matter without shutting down at least 1 store we know of. I think reporting suspicious inventory is fine, I mean if I buy 1k joker figures you are damn sure I am running a serious business and will have all the receipts to back that up. The whole situation was just handled poorly in a knee jerk way that made Bricklink look like a bunch of children running a 100 million dollar company.
  11. Couldn't agree more, what a disaster. Low quantity = Legit parts, what a stupid message to send to buyers and sellers.
  12. Yeah, it is crazy to me that they would just rather not take your money cause it might take them too long to pull the order. Most sellers take the easy orders with the harder ones as they always seem to even out in the end.
  13. Yep, mine were outside before I left for work, wasn't sure if they dropped it off at 7AM or after 7PM the day before.
  14. FYI Lego has started using Lasership to the North east, not sure what that means for everyone else but I have seen both good and bad comments about them. Personally they always seem really fast for me, plus never seen anything damaged either.
  15. Give them a bit to respond, I just had this exact same situation come up on a card selling platform and got a reply a day later saying "oops, wrong vendor". Sounds to me like you have covered all your bases at this point.
