Oh forgot to mention, Store employees said their next shipment would be in November after today -- they won't get units for the Oct 1 general release date.

Just came back from my local store. They said they had 10 today -- I was #6ish. Luckily I went an hour early to line up. Everyone in line had a call yesterday to pick up set at opening time, but did not mention it was first come first serve. The wait list is now rescinded. So basically the 'wait list' was just a complimentary heads-up call. Box is huge; won't fit in the trunk!

I think what they are doing is based on how many units they are receiving tomorrow, they went down the wait list and called each person. I bet there are more ppl on the wait list than amount of units they will be receiving tomorrow. Essentially, it's reserved for wait listed people at 10am. If some don't show up, they continue calling down the list until all tomorrow's units are claimed. I could be wrong though. I'll report back tomorrow.

For people who are curious... My local store just gave me a rang stating they are expecting some copies tomorrow. People on the wait list are instructed to be there at 10am to purchase. They are not allowed to hold them for wait listed people.

My local store said they are receiving more units on Thursday this week, giving people on the wait list priority; the ones who did not receive a copy on opening day were put on said wait list. This is Arundel Mills, MD.

Came empty handed this morning Local LEGO store had 10 available. People were queueing up at 4:30am this morning! They were jotting down our info on the wait list...we should get our next week. Also during the wait, there was a debate who got there first for the 10th slot....

8:20am in line for a 10am open. Looks about under 20 ppl

Last one from my local Best Buy. Literally looks like it was collecting dust on their shelf. $99 as stated.
