    You're quite right about packaging. The 11 Captain America sets I ordered came in thin plastic mailing bags too, and were all pretty bashed up. Damn. Wish I had remembered that before ordering the Forest Police Station!

However some of the user reviews state TCB can dig their heels in when it comes to actually getting the cash back.
