  1. Not entirely correct, shorting is much riskier that buying shares. You have additional borrow fees. Shares be can recalled by your brokerage at anytime and you are forced to buy back, unlimited upside risk, etc. etc. etc.
  2. Available now https://www.lego.com/en-ca/product/gingerbread-house-10267
  3. And you get the Monster Book !
  4. So a lot of opportunity for abuse against the merchant built into the FBA system. I have had a particular issue with minifigs packages. Many returns and reasons are absurd. Not sure if it is a competing listing ordering and making complaints on the item or actual clients ordering and not getting the minifig they want and returning. Of course it comes back as unfillable as the package is opened.
  5. What happens when items sold through FBA are returned and marked as unfillable. Who takes the loss Amazon or the merchant?
  6. Hoping this comes back to Amazon.ca at a discount and will pick up a few more.
  7. Thank you for your excellent reply. I appreciate the time you took and the information is right on point!
  8. In general, how soon after a set is announced to be retiring would you sell your sets?
  9. Worth picking up the castle if no discount?
  10. It was one of the rare times my timing was good. They had 8 left when I got there this evening. Another store is getting 12+ tomorrow.
  11. Local Lego store got some today and I picked up a few.
  12. Thanks, will keep trying. I can get a large quantity but if I can't sell it FBA I am not too interested. Will keep trying and hope my access to the inventory continues until I can sell it
  13. Since it is a set slated to retire my guess is it won't unlock for me since it is not a newer set. I see some people trying to get around it by creating a new listing but my best guess is that is tricky and could lead to Amazon not being happy.
  14. Do items that have specific restrictions to an FBA seller every become unrestricted on their own at one point? I am ungated but there are some legos it won't let me sell.
  15. Thanks for your reply. Hopefully the % of clients that this "happens" to is low. With the holidays I imagine the period is even longer than 30 days, more like end of January.
  16. When using FBA who is responsible if a client claims to not have received an item. Amazon automatically deducts from your seller account but I have no control over the shipment since Amazon is fulfilling. Do they eventually refund the seller?
  17. Amazon.ca Best Sellers Lego List has several in stock at MSRP. Beetle, Treehouse, Great Hall at $114 and a few others.
  18. Great thanks for the resource. December 6 for Canada.
  19. Question for the FBA veterans, how long before Christmas does FBA needs to receive you shipment so they can add it to inventory before Christmas. They just received my first shipment and it says will be added on or before January 2nd, 2021. Wondering what the best case scenario could be.
  20. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
  21. They have now showed up in the queue Thanks for the quick replies!
  22. Good evening, I am creating my first FBA shipment, I fill out all the information properly. Once completed and marked shipped I go back to shipping queue and there is no information about the shipment. Not email confirming I am sending anything FBA. I followed the steps from the video tutorial. Any ideas what I can be doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help
  23. Could it be that Lego requests this from Amazon?
  24. Problem is, too many people like you who don't want to help others.
