    All that they want to do is refund and will charge me a 15% restock fee if they do not deem that the product is damaged. In short, they control all the cards. I have a couple already in perfect condition so I will probably use one of these to build and might possibly part the other one out in my BL store.

    I just ignore and move on. The slightly more annoying ones are the ones who act like they are going to buy multiple quantities, but ending up just trying to get discount on 1.

    I also have offers turned off and still receive offer messages. Typically I block them as fast as I can. Someone who wants to negotiate an already fair price is far more likely to be a difficult buyer after the sale in my experience, so I avoid them altogether.
