    I'm done with Rakuten! They can french kiss my ass! I recently purchased 4-18TB hard drives from Western Digital with 15% Rakuten rebate showing. They insist that I am ineligible. That's over $170 in rebates! Over the last two years, I have fought and fought with them to get my LEGO cash-back. I guess that they got tired and started disallowing everything. They can do their market research without me. If they can't pay then they don't get the info.
