    In a surprising (b/c its Amazon) turn of events, I filed a case and already had the fee reimbursed. Hopefully I don't have to do this for each item removed, but at least they were able to recognize their own policy.

    Interesting. All of my pending orders went through except one was cancelled and one is still pending. So the email announcing the loss of selling privileges included this: "If you would like to have this inventory removed to you, Amazon will cover the cost of the inventory removal." I started the removal process over the weekend, and I'm excited to announce that I just got my first Removal Fee...
