2 pointsThis needs clarification: 1. You need to activate an Amex Points promo 2. Depending on your personal offer, you might get 50% off an order with a $80 maximum, or 40% off an order with a $40 maximum 3. Works on any set, not just the A-frame, so this is not set specific. A-Frame is just an example of how to maximize the promo. 4. Does not work for everyone, and not for every Amex card. TL;DR: YMMV2 points

1 pointThink it was a couple years ago when just about everyone had to submit invoices again. Was a big topic here. I had been selling Lego way before it became gated. At first I was unaffected, but eventually I had to submit as well. I don't recall ever being shut down but I may have just not been actively selling at the time (small window).1 point

1 pointI would be very happy if Lego starts doing one large Simpsons set per year, as they've done with LOTR. I agree that a remake of the Simpsons house is a risk, but I would love to see just new sets, starting with Krusty Burger and Springfield Elementary. I'd also be all in on a new CMF series to help populate our growing town of Springfield - I'm still holding out hope for a Dr Nick figure!1 point

Alternate build of the Pirate Snub Fighter to the Pirate Fang Fighter using Rebrickable instructions. Building tip: if building your own display stand, remove the Dark Tan Plate, Modified 2 x 2 with Groove and 1 Stud in Center (Jumper) piece on the bottom of the fighter and replace it with two 2 x 6 plates for added stability (some bottom pieces came apart when I pushed a little when adding the stand).

Finished up my Medieval Lego phase with the Lion Knight castle, Town Square and a classic: The Sea Serpent. All great sets though the Town Square was a step down from the castle in terms of build and overall quality.
